FLUFFY LIGHTWEIGHT PANCAKES,  EVERY TIME

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 

Add approximately 3/4 cup to 1 cup water per 1 cup of mix. If mix is too thick, add more water. Stir to make a smooth flowing batter. Cook to a golden brown on a hot griddle (380-400 degrees)

 

BUTTERMILK WAFFLES 

Follow the above recipe, adding an egg and 1 tbs oil or melted butter.

 

RECIPE ADDITIONS

Add chocolate chips, cinnamon chips, honey, bacon bits, vanilla, blueberries, or your favorite mix-in to make this your signature mix.
